2. Description of Service

WedSpeech.ai is an AI-powered service that generates personalized wedding speeches based on information provided by users. The Service includes:

• Collection of user information through a multi-step form
• Generation of speech previews
• Creation of full-length speeches with variations based on purchased packages
• Delivery of speeches via email
• Access to speeches through a secure online portal

3. User Accounts and Registration

WedSpeech.ai does not require account creation to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Users provide their email address and personal information to generate speeches and access their purchased content.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

By submitting information to WedSpeech.ai, you:

• Represent that you have the right to provide such information
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the information to generate your speech
• Agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

5. Intellectual Property

The speeches generated by WedSpeech.ai are provided for your personal use. Once delivered, you have the right to use, modify, and deliver the speech as you see fit. You may not:

• Sell or redistribute the speeches
• Claim the generated content as your own intellectual property
• Use the speeches for commercial purposes beyond your wedding event

All content on the WedSpeech.ai website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WedSpeech.ai and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

WedSpeech.ai offers the following packages:

• Basic ($9.99): 500-word speech with 3 variations
• Standard ($14.99): 800-word speech with 5 variations
• Premium ($19.99): 1200-word speech with 8 variations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If you are unsatisfied with your speech, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a speech has been generated and delivered, refunds are generally unavailable except as required by law. If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
• Technical issues preventing access to your speech will qualify for a refund or service extension.
• Refund requests should be submitted to info@wedspeech.ai.

7. Limitations of Liability

WedSpeech.ai provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The speeches will meet all of your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

In no event shall WedSpeech.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedSpeech.ai's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to WedSpeech.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. AI-Generated Content

Speeches are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, generic phrasing, or unintentional similarity to other content. WedSpeech.ai does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any generated speech. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any generated speech before use.

14. No Professional Advice

Generated speeches are provided for personal and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, therapeutic, relationship, or other professional advice. Any factual statements in a generated speech should be independently verified by you before use.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors, email providers, and AI generation services. WedSpeech.ai is not responsible for the availability, errors, or output of these third-party services, and your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms and usage policies of those providers.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedSpeech.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your delivery or use of any generated speech.

17. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content generated by or through the Service infringes your copyright, please notify us at info@wedspeech.ai with a description of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing content, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You and WedSpeech.ai agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through binding individual arbitration, and each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court where applicable.

19. Force Majeure

WedSpeech.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages or failures of third-party services, acts of God, or internet or telecommunications failures.

20. Assignment

WedSpeech.ai may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
